If you are looking for ways to grow in your faith and develop a deeper relationship with God, there are plenty of small changes you can start. These small changes are easy to adopt into your everyday life and are sure to make a big impact.

Talking to God

Finding time each day to spend time talking to God is a great first step to take. This time can be whatever you need it to be. You may spend time thanking him for the good, asking for strength when facing the difficult times or praying for others that you know need to receive His love.

The best part about talking with God is that there is no right or wrong way to do it. If you struggle to make time for talking with Him, try building a routine of doing it while you are driving to or from work and gradually build more time on as you go.

Going to Church

Growing in your faith comes naturally as you learn more about the love and grace God extends to everyone who accepts his son, Jesus Christ, as their savior. The love God has for His children can carry a lot of weight on your heart as you hear the biblical teachings each week.

While the hustle and bustle of life may make it seem difficult to fit church into your busy schedule, it is so important to take the time to rest and surround yourself with faithful church members as you continue to learn more and grow closer to God.

Attending a Bible Study

Joining a bible study group is another great step to learning more about God and building a stronger foundation for your faith. If your local church does not currently offer a bible study group to meet your needs, there are endless options for Online Bible Study Programs to connect you with others.

Your journey to know and love God is all your own, but no matter where you start, start now; you will never regret making time to nurture your relationship with God.
